We only collect the personal information you give us – such as your name, personal email, cell phone, home address, and home phone. Work contact information is not covered by PIPA.

We use, share, and keep this information only for reasonable business purposes, and we protect it with appropriate safeguards.

Why we collect information
We gather work contact details (and sometimes personal information you give us) to provide services, confirm meetings, and support clients.
Consent
We explain what we will do with your data before you share it, so you know exactly what you are agreeing to.
Sharing
We never rent or sell your data. We only share it with third parties if you give permission or if the law requires it (E.g., investigations).
Protection
Your information is secured with physical, administrative and technical safeguards that include locked cabinets, two‑factor‑authenticated passwords, and limited access. Only website‑collected contact information lives on a U.S. server, the rest is stored in Canada.
Client systems
When we are provided with access to a client’s system, we sign NDAs and confirm the client’s safeguards are in place.
Retention & disposal
We keep data only as long as needed for its purpose or as the law requires. Paper records are cross‑shredded, digital files are deleted and erased, and hard drives are wiped before disposal.
